Volunteers

Trees of Light welcome volunteers. There is variety of work
to be done at the Nursery depending on the weather and the seasons.
Outdoors there are trees in pots which need weeding and watering,
maintenance of fences and various building projects. Indoors there
is seed planting and pricking out. Volunteers also help with
seed collection mainly in the autumn. Volunteers have contacted us via the website, Voluntary Action Calderdale, the Job Centre, training organisations etc. If you wish to get involved or do some voluntary work, please contact us. |
